A multi-award-winning wine, a real pride of Lombardia: a red blend composed by 55% of Barbera, 25% of Croatina and 20% of Pinot Noir, originating from vines of an advanced age, that lend them structure and character. Finished in small new oak barrels for 24 months, the Bohemi is a Red of notable concentration, which has a big personality.

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.

All-embracing, divine, lasting, with elegant scent of sweet violet, wild rose, and tokens of dried prunes.


Warm, full-bodied, smooth, endowed with excellent taste and personality, balanced with notes of vanilla.

To serve
The suggested serving temperature is 12-15°C.
It pairs well with first courses with meat sauce, red meat and game, cheeses, preferably aged.



Grape variety
Barbera 55% - Croatina 25% - Pinot Noir 20%. The product originates exclusively from the historical vines of the company.

2 hectares of sandy, clay-rich earth, predominantly facing south, south west, situated between 150 and 200 meters above sea-level in Mairano di Casteggio.

Carried out in total absence of botritycides and synthetic products, with work on the land reduced to the minimum. The Guyot vine training system is used, which guarantees the most uniform quality.
Annual meticulous removal of the less uniform bunches before the actual care for the fruit (July).  Yield per hectare: 5000 kilograms of grapes, from an average of 4000 grapevines.

Gathered by hand, with meticulous selection of bunches. During the harvest phase, dry ice is used to protect the grapes from oxidation and to prevent an increase in temperature.
The grapes, collected at different times, are vinified separately. The fermentation with maceration of the hard skins, on average from 7 to 15 days depending on the vine variety, at a maximum temperature of 28°C.

In November, the three vines are separated into small, new French oak barrels. Also, during this phase, different woods and climates are used for each wine that are more adapted to the grape variety of origin, from 12 to 24 months. Subsequently, after the assembly, Bohemi rests in steel for some months to foster the balance of organoleptic properties.

The wine is bottled with the least possible exposure to oxygen. After a final rigorous quality test, they are put on sale a minimum of 6 months after bottling.

Kept in a specially controlled environment, at a constant temperature of 15°C.
