Le Fracce Moro is a simple and enticing interpretation of the PINOT NERO, where the aromas of the organoleptic components and alternative reading of our territory excel. Aged in steel for 6 months.

Color
Glossy red.

Aroma
Fruity notes of berry nectar (blueberry, black currants).

Taste

Good mellowness, modulated by the tannins and with a fresh finish.

To serve
The suggested serving temperature is 15°C. It pairs well with vegetable pie, fresh pasta with mushrooms, roast beef.

Grape variety
Pinot Nero 100%. The product originates from vines from the 90s.

Terroir
Loose, with much structure and optimally rich in limestone. Vineyards in Mairano di Casteggio and San Biagio.

Cultivation
Respectful to the cycle of the plant. Carried out in total absence of herbicides and synthetic products, with work on the land reduced to the minimum. During the planting of the plants, “actinobacteria” were used, natural fungi that protect the young roots from disease. The training system is Guyot, that guarantees the most uniform quality. Yield per hectare: 5000 kilograms of grapes, on an average of 5000 grapevines.

Harvest
Gathered by hand, with meticulous selection of bunches. During the harvest phase, dry ice is used to protect the grapes from oxidation and to prevent an increase in temperature.
Vinification
The bunches are just destemmed for the minimal possible damage to the grape, as this could immediately reduce the aromatic potential. The maceration period is very short (3 days) and done at a the low temperature of 22°C.

Aging
When the malolactic fermentation occurs, the wine is preserved in steel at 12°C.

Bottling
The wine is bottled with the least possible exposure to oxygen. After a final rigorous quality test, they are put on sale 3 months after bottling.

Storage
Kept in a special air conditioned storeroom, at a constant temperature of 15°C.
